Add the said ingredients to the spice grinder

  1. One to two grains strands
  2. 1 tablespoon of coriander
  3. 3 (Three) cloves

15) Mix everything well and heat it for a1 minute.

16) Then add the remaining cooked white peas to it.

17) Add two cups of water.

18) Add a1 teaspoon of sugar or salt as required.

19) Mix everything well and heat it on medium flame.Be careful not to let the peas mixture stick to the pan.

20) Simmer for 14 to 15 minutes, the masala should cook, its rawness should go away, then switch off the flame and cover it.

21) While cooking the pea gravy, finely chop one medium onion, one medium tomato, one lemon and one coriander.

22) Grind five to six puris in a plate which we use for panipuri.

23) Add more pea gravy if you like you can add tamarind water at this step.

24) Add finely chopped onion and tomato on it if you like you can also add beetroot or carrot.

25) Add black salt or chaat masala and white salt and sprinkle some lemon juice all over.

26)Finely shave it and top it with finely chopped puri.

27) Finally add finely chopped coriander on top.
