For The Paneer Mainade:

  1. 250 gram paneer cut size cubed
  2. 2 Tablespoon cornflower
  3. 1 Tablespoon Maida
  4. 2 Teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  5. 2 Teaspoon soya sauce
  6. Water to Needed
  7. Salt To Taste

For The Sauce

  1. 3 Tablespoon oil (for frying)
  2. 1 Tablespoon oil (sauting)
  3. 1 medium onian chopped
  4. 3/4 Green Chillis slit
  5. 1 medium Bell Paper
  6. 2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
  7. 2 Tablespoon soya sauce
  8. 1 Tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  9. 1 Teaspoon chilli sauce
  10. 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  11. 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
  12. Taste To Salt
  13. Spring Onion chopped

Step By Step Dry chilli Paneer Recipe

1) Take cornflour in a mixing ball, add flour, ginger, garlic paste, soy sauce, and black pepper powder and combine the mixture.

2) Add as much water as required to make it a bit thick and add paneer cubes to the batter and coat it well.

3) Turn on the gas and heat oil in a deep pan.

4) Once the oil is hot, carefully add the paneer cubes and fry the paneer until it turns golden brown and crisp.

5) Remove the paneer with a slotted spoon and place it on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

6) Take a separate pan and heat a tablespoon of oil in it add ginger garlic paste and heat it for a minute until it becomes fragrant.

7) Add the chopped onion and heat until it becomes semi-transparent.

8) Add thinly sliced bel papper and add chopped green chillies and heat for a few minutes until the papper is slightly soft but retains its tang.

9) Now add soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, sugar and salt as per quantity to it, mix it well and cook the mixture for two minutes.

10) Add sauce the fried paneer cubes to the cooked paneer and mix it all. Make sure the paneer cubes are well incorporated in the paneer and cook it for three to five minutes to let the flavors mix together.

11) Garnish it with chopped onions and finish it off.
