  1. 250 g paneer,cut into slices,
  2. 2 cup mixed ,almonds,pistachios,cashews,(crused)
  3. 1 Teaspoon cumin powder,
  4. 1 Teaspoon cardmom powder,
  5. 1 cup yogurt
  6. Salt to Test,
  7. Fresh cilantro and mint leaves, chopped.
  8. oil, for cooking or Ghee,

For the Gravy:

  1. 2 large tomatoes, pureed.
  2. 2 large onions, finely chopped,
  3. 1 cup cream,
  4. 1 Teaspoon red chili powder,
  5. 1 Teaspoon ginger-garlic paste,
  6. 1/2 Teaspoon turmeric powder,
  7. 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala,
  8. Salt To Taste


1) Crushed nuts, Cardamom Powder, Cumin Powder, chopped herbs, and Salt should all be combined in a bowl. This will be the paneer’s Stuffing.

2) The paneer blocks should be carefully cut horizontally to make pockets for the stuffing.

3)   Gently insert the nut and spice mixture into the paneer slices,

4) The stuffed paneer slices should be cooked  in ghee or oil till golden brown on both sides. Put them apart,

5) The Onions should be sautéed in the same pan with any Additional ghee or oil until they become transparent.

6) Salt Red Chili Powder, turmeric  powder, and ginger-garlic paste, should be added. Cook the spices until they are aromatic.   

7) The Tomato puree should be added and cooked until it Thickens and the oil Separates.

8) A Rich Gravy is Produced by Reducing the heat and stirring in the Cream and Garam spice.

9)       Slices of filled Paneer Should be placed Gently into the Gravy so they can absorb the flavors. For a few minutes Simmer.

10) Add More cream and Chopped herbs as a Garnish.
